What to expect this winter season.

Plant Parents,

Plants make people happy — especially in colder months! That said, colder months bring some challenges when it comes to shipping live plants so we want to let you know what you can expect from us this winter.

We closely monitor weather patterns to manage the challenges around shipping live plants during the winter months. Most orders continue to ship within our 2-6 business day window, however, we will hold orders up to 2 weeks if your region is experiencing extreme cold (looking at you, Wisconsin) at which point we’ll expedite your order and include heat packs to combat the cooler temperatures.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order ships. If at any time you prefer to cancel your order or receive a credit to use in warmer days ahead, we’re always happy to accommodate. If your plant does arrive with cold damage, we will always replace it - for free. A few other tips from our team are below and our Customer Happiness team is only a Live Chat away.
