The Cuddly Cactus gets its name due to the absence of spine clusters, making it a safe option to keep around pets and children. Like most cacti, the evergreen Cereus cactus is drought-tolerant and loves sun.

- Thrives in bright light to full sun. Not suited for areas with low light. South & west facing windows ideal, and consider grow lights in fall/winter.
- Water every 2 to 3 weeks, allowing soil to thoroughly dry out between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light conditions and less often in lower light. Tolerates normal room humidity or dry conditions.
