Caring for plants should be fun. That’s why we offer 1-on-1 virtual consultations from the comfort of your home or office. Whether you’re looking for general care tips, maintenance techniques, or plant identification—our plant expert is here to help.
Simply choose between two timeframes: 15 minutes or 30 minutes. Appointments are held on video conferencing that can be easily accessed on your phone, laptop, or tablet. After purchasing your consultation timeframe, you will receive an order confirmation email with a link to choose a date. All appointment sales are final.

From plant-specific care, to repotting tips and tricks, to pest identification—we’re here to help. Chat directly via video with a knowledgeable houseplant expert from The Sill team. We’ll kick off your appointment with a quick environmental assessment of your space, then dive into your care questions and concerns. Appointment windows are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm, and are subject to our houseplant expert’s availability.
