The Anthurium Veitchii, also known as "King Anthurium", is a stunning tropical epiphyte prized for its dramatic, elongated leaves with a rippled texture. The leaves can grow impressively large, sometimes exceeding 4 feet in length, giving the plant a regal and exotic appearance. - Thrives in bright indirect light to some morning direct sun, but can tolerate medium indirect light. Not suited for harsh afternoon sun or low light conditions.
- Water weekly, allowing half the soil to dry out between waterings. Expect to water more often in brighter light and less often in lower light. This plant can benefit from extra humidity.
- In its native habitat, Anthurium 'Veitchii' often grows as an epiphyte on trees. This means it lives perched on branches, using its roots to absorb moisture and nutrients from the air and debris around it, rather than from soil.
